Pam StuppyLearning about and sharing nutrition and exercise information with individuals and groups have been at the heart of my career for over 30 years. I am passionate about healthy eating and appropriate physical activity because I truly believe that eating well and being active are the keys to a high quality of life. It is exciting to assist individuals towards their health and fitness goals, to show them that – eating healthy foods can be one of the pleasures in life, that healthy eating does not have to cost a fortune or take up a lot of time, and that moving their body can be stress-relieving and fun!

  • Operates a private practice nutrition counseling business with two offices in York, ME and Portsmouth, NH
  • Dietitian for Phillips Exeter Academy, a private boarding school in Exeter, NH
  • Was dietitian for Brooks School, a private boarding school in North Andover, MA for over 10 years
  • Dietitian for Oakhurst Dairy

  • Teaches healthy cooking classes at Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School
  • Governor-appointed nutrition representative on the State of New Hampshire Osteoporosis Council

I ALSO LOVE:

Spending time with my family, all outdoor activities (sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking, etc.), cooking, gardening, reading, painting, playing the harp
