As a registered dietitian, my hope is to use my education and experience of over thirty years in the field of nutrition, to help others reach this goal. My approach is very individualized, client focused, and optimistic. I love the challenge of helping people tackle the obstacles, including hectic schedules and emotional issues, that have prevented them from reaching their health goals. I also enjoy sharing ideas for making delicious healthy foods that are quick and easy to prepare!
